RAGE
National, Relatives Action Group for the Elderly,
is an organisation created to act as a national mouthpiece for all the Action Groups
fighting Care Home closures throughout the UK.
RAGE National's secondary aim is to help, co-ordinate and encourage individual groups
in their campaigns
by providing high quality, well researched information
on the technicalities of the Local Authority Social Services and
the impact of the European Human Rights Act.
We can also suggest two specialist firms of Solicitors who have expertise in this area.
Our group wants to contact every protest group in the UK
so that we may make everyone aware of the vast numbers of frail and vulnerable elderly folk
put at risk by this shameful policy.
RAGE has evidence that mis-managed Home Closures where the residents are
disposed and dispersed have seen 100% mortality rate increases.

Our Manifesto

RAGE National is a non-party political Group involving all who are dedicated
to stop Care Home closures and the preservation and maintenance of adequately funded,
high level Residential Care for the Elderly in both the Public Sector and Private Sector.

RAGE National seeks dialogue and support from across the spectrum of
Political Parties, Media, Unions, Industry Groups and Local Authorities
but remains independent and non-aligned.

RAGE National sees its role as two fold:
to act as a mouthpiece and lobbyist for Action Groups throughout the country at national level
and to assist and co-ordinate local groups in pursuing their individual campaigns.
